September 13, 2022 (updated) — “Tools for Taking on Big Tech’s Economic Power: A Guide for State Lawmakers" examines the problems harms posed by Big Tech, outlines potential policy solutions for state lawmakers, and explains how they can respond to critiques – both legitimate and not – from those invested in the status quo.
