David serves as Legal Counsel for the American Economic Liberties Project. A lawyer, he specifically focuses on pharmaceutical antitrust law, drug pricing policy, and the government’s ability to protect Americans from illegal drug prices.
Before joining Economic Liberties, David was a plaintiff’s lawyer who helped research and develop some of the largest pharmaceutical antitrust cases in recent years including In re Asacol Antitrust Litigation. He is admitted to practice law in Kansas and Missouri and graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law.
