About American Economic Liberties Project
The American Economic Liberties Project is a non-partisan, non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to fighting monopoly power. We combine policy and regulatory expertise with strategic communications, coalition-building, and advocacy campaigns to help ensure policymakers protect workers, small businesses, communities, and democracy from monopolistic corporations to advance economic liberty for all.

- Updating spreadsheets for internal tracking purposes (for example, tracking bills in Congress, agency actions, the procedural status of ongoing enforcement actions, or other topics)
- Fact-checking, formatting citations for, and otherwise assisting with preparation of policy briefs, public comments, and other research products on strict deadlines
- Writing first drafts of letters to policymakers or other research products on strict deadlines

- Background in public policy, journalism, law, business, or other subjects with a demonstrable interest in Economic Liberties’ focus areas.

- Ability to multi-task short-term and long-term projects, keep track of multiple deadlines, and proactively communicate status of your work to team members.
- Sense of curiosity about how markets work and ways public policy could help decentralize economic power.
