Robyn Shapiro is the Director of Communications at the American Economic Liberties Project. Robyn drives the organization’s communications strategy across editorial, digital and press.
Prior to joining Economic Liberties, Robyn was an Account Supervisor on BerlinRosen’s national issue advocacy practice where she supported communications work for clients on a range of policy issues, including healthcare, the economy, energy and the environment, and gun violence prevention. She has crafted messages and driven campaigns for leading organizations including the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, the Southern Environmental Law Center, Roosevelt Institute and Moms Demand Action.
Before joining BerlinRosen, Robyn worked for Hillary for America, the political team at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and several members of the South African parliament. She holds bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and political science, with a focus on American Politics, from Williams College.
