Shahid is a senior policy analyst at Economic Liberties, where he works on antitrust and competition policy issues in finance, defense, telecoms, and technology. Previously, at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Shahid helped senior government and business professionals build their institutions’ strategic foresight capacity and navigate the international security landscape using research-based policy programs, crisis simulations, and war games.
Shahid holds a B.A. in political science from Vassar College with a concentration in international politics and a history correlate in Islam and colonialism.
