Talya is an Operations Associate at the American Economic Liberties Project. She supports the senior leadership team and works closely with external accounting partners to maintain timely and correct financial, employee, and vendor records.
Prior to joining the Economic Liberties team, Talya worked as the Business Apprentice and Bookkeeper at Studio Theatre, a nonprofit theatre in Washington, DC. She worked closely with department heads to reconcile income, manage invoices, and assisted with quarterly operating budget projections. Before moving to DC, she interned on Broadway with Jujamcyn Theatres and Jordan Roth, as well as with Scorpio Entertainment under Tony-Award winning producers Tom Viertel and Steve Baruch. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication, with a specialization in Public Relations Management, from Rutgers University.
