Rep. Mark Pocan (D-Wis.) serves on the House Appropriations Committee and previously served on the Budget Committee and the Committee on Education and the Workforce. His is also the Co-Chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC).

Lucas Kunce

Economic Liberties Fellow

Lucas Kunce is a marine veteran of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and worked as an International Negotiations Officer on the Joint Staff at the Pentagon. He is an attorney and writer focusing on the impact financialization and consolidation have on national security.

Rush Doshi

Director of the Brookings China Strategy Initiative

Rush Doshi is a fellow in Brookings Foreign Policy. He is also a fellow at Yale Law School’s Paul Tsai China Center. His research focuses on Chinese grand strategy as well as Indo-Pacific security issues.
