Nick Xu is a Law & Policy Analyst at the American Economic Liberties Project. Nick works closely with Economic Liberties’ legal counsel on research and advocacy projects concerning antitrust and consumer protection matters.
Nick formerly worked as Special Assistant & Paralegal to Chair Lina Khan at the Federal Trade Commission, where he provided far-ranging support including legal and policy research, statement writing, and interfacing with stakeholders and Congress. In his role, Nick helped shepherd key lawsuits, rulemakings, and projects related to competition and consumer protection issues.
Nick graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Environmental Policy and hails from California.
